When do we ship :

For the ready stock items, customer package will shipped to courier service within 3 days after customer do settle the payment.

Generally, the package will arrive to the customer within 7 days and should not take more than 14 days – More about detail and tracking of the courier will update immediately.

For Pre Order items, it will take between 21 days to 42 day depend on the item will process

Combination, of ready stock and pre order item will be shipped in a single shipment after the pre order item process was done into process.

If we failed to ship the order within 3 days after the order payment date, the guarantee of the shipment is free ! Please report to our HQ for claiming the free shipment.

We only guarantee when we ship customer package to courier. After our delivery was done to courier , its belong to courier responsible for the package delivery which is depends on their courier time speed.

Once order is ready to be ship, customers will receive a shippment confirmation through e-mail . It will contain shippment detail and tracking number with tracking line. To track the order, please sign in to WHK Mart account. It will contain the order information.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at WHK Legacy.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
